The Human Resources office is responsible for problem-solving/counseling; employee relations; benefit plans; develop and administer uniform personnel policies and procedures; maintain personnel records; prepare special reports required by Federal and State government; ensure compliance with local, state and federal employment laws; monitor worker’s compensation and group medical claims; administer flex benefit and compensation plans; training and development and labor relations.

Hours:
The Human Resource Department hours are 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Employees are encouraged to schedule appointments to ensure availability of staff. Appointments may be scheduled outside regular office hours.
