Septic Schematics - Septic Schematics - Starting with 1970, we have records on microfilm regarding drywells and septic systems. NOTE: We do not have everyone's system on file, please check availability by calling the St. Joseph County Health Department. There is a $5 fee for the schematic and it must be picked up at the Health Department. If you are requesting an entire file, you must also fill out the Request for Information form.
